The clients had two main goals for this project.  The first was to enclose an existing

3-Season room into the house.  The second was a new, more functional, kitchen.   It was intended that each goal only increase the views of the client’s spectacular wooded lot.

The goals were accomplished doing the following:

  1. 1)Adding large, fixed windows toward the view.

  2. 2)A new glass breakfast counter, that faced the view.

  3. 3)Reorganizing the kitchen and the relocation of the refrigerator.

  4. 4)Eliminating most of the walls that separated the 3-Season room from the house.

Testimonial:

"Be assured that what you do every day makes a difference.  As we ponder our own futures, my husband and I are awed by our good fortune in having a home we love and new perspectives of the world around us.  Looking out “your windows”  adds to our lives immeasurably.”  - Marilynn
