The repeat clients had lofty goals for this townhouse with and interior space of only 14‘x38’.  Roberts Architects changed the organization of the spaces, relocated the stairs, and created an open feeling to the townhouse.  The addition of a window and skylight, and the use of transoms and fixed glass allowed the natural light get to every room.
